When it is time to give Blog management tasks?

You get up early and stay late get any doneNo question how early or late, you stay up to, you seem to never get anything doneSleep…? What is once again? You have so many from projects that when you get interrupted takes five minutes to remember what you were doingYou got so many tabs open in your browser when you get interrupted, it takes five minutes to remember what you were doingYou have 3269 unread emails in your Inbox (this is how I have) your list is longer that your grocery store ListYou have been locked in your Home Office for also a long time that your family has forgotten that you effectively work from home and not elsewhere. You did not mentioned to your friends in this long that they thought that you moved out of stateYou ve got so much to do you dream of doing.

I could continue, but I think that you have the image.

In my recent update on the contest and what I've been up to - I mentioned quite a few projects I worked on.

Too soon after, I got this tweet to Alex Whalley:

With all the various projects that I mentioned, I can certainly see why Alex might have concerns about my cholesterol levels - after all - I, indeed, have much current!

I am not super human, but I don't like the idea of letting opportunities slip more later.  I thus sometimes take on more projects, it seems possible to complete, but I also learned that nothing is impossible, especially if you have a little help.

Then, how to fill my blog of the tasks of management and all sideline projects I got going on?

I had to outsource certain things.

Just when my eye started twitching of the stress - I was up to my ears in the presentations of competitions and the jobs of design blog, a blessing fell from the sky! I received a free trial of service virtual Assistant of pepper and I say unto you, that he could not come at a better time!

So what kinds of tasks I outsource?

I would never dream of outsourcing of everything which requires my creativity, writing skills, e-mail responses or anything that I believe requires a "personal touch" me.  Types of blog management tasks that I outsourced were more low level, the things of type copy and paste.  A major task that I delegated was copying and pasting some text to the Best of weblogbetter upcoming ebook.  It was a priority, because this project has been on hold for some time now, and I am ready to achieve.  (I do not yet have a launch date, but I'll keep you posted!).

Other management tasks of blog that I consider "outsourceable":

Blog post proofreading for the selection of image errorsRelevant for the design of postsBlog blog or other technical settings such as the installation of plugin or updatesMinor research, fact checking or other information gathering tasks (ie. check to make sure that your blog is contained Ping appropriate to ensure that you are not banned from search engines.)

Those are things that I am uncomfortable with the delegation, but everyone's needs are different - what types of tasks you want to be able to outsource to give you more time to focus on more important things?Related Posts Plugin for WordPress, Blogger...
