Blogs are a great place to connect with current and potential customers. Blogs establish your company as an industry authority. Blogs provide create content to share on social networking site…the reasons to blog list can go on and on.
Therefore one having a company blog always a bad idea?
It depends on several factors.
1 Time
If you do not have the time to regularly updating a blog, it is not really the launch. There is no "right" amount of content that you need to be written for your blog and there is no one-size-fit-all response. Large companies with staffs even greater could occur three or four posts per day easy. Small, but dedicated companies could be shooting for a day.
Bare minimum, you should be aiming for at least a thoughtful blog post per week. If the fresh blog and gives readers and the reason for return.
If you cannot commit the time to write at least one post a week, then don't worry launch the blog. A blog that is full of stale content reflects poorly on your site and your brand. If the information is more relevant that he could make your business as it is behind behind the times.
Keep in mind that blogs are long term. A great blog do occur during the night. You should put in much work and time before you begin to enjoy the benefits of blogging.
2 Theme
Problem number one, facing most companies when it comes to content marketing is coming up with new topics. We stuck in a rut content and never quite ourselves pull. A few days go without inspiration, then a little more and sooner or later the blog is abandoned all together.
If you don't think your sufficient interesting industry to spend the next few years writing about it, don't worry launch a blog. (And if you do not find your interesting industry, why on earth are you in business?) Desperate bloggers who cannot find their own unique take on a subject sometimes resort to content "borrowing," just to get something written. The Internet is a great place, but not so large that plagiarism is going unnoticed for a long time.
3 Promotion
Same great content could use a little help getting some love from search engines and readers. Creating great content is that a half of the marketing content battle; you have to do the promotion! Whenever a blog goes live, it is for you to place this post from your audience.
This includes submission to social bookmarking sites, social networking sites, including the links in the newsletter of your business, making your shareable blog with plugins and more. "If you build it, they will come" does not work for blogs. You hustle and work to get your content noticed. If you do not think that you will be able to engage in a campaign of promotion of solid content, then you are going to get half of the value of your blog, you could be.
What else should consider business owners before starting a blog?
